ESSENCE

Essence is a shop in Liskeard, Cornwall run by Sarah Hurst and Louise Woodgate.  The shop is based on Colour and Wellbeing and the whole shop is laid out in colour bands.  Each colour has different qualities and a different affect. 

Red is grounding and energising

Orange for upliftment and adventure

Yellow brings happiness and confidence

Green is balancing and brings a sense of space

Turquoise for playfullness and creativity

Blue brings peace and serenity

Violet for healing and spirituality

Pink brings love and caring

White is cleansing and brings clarity

We moved to Liskeard in 2008 from our little shop 'Footprints' in Polperro.  We are excited to be able to offer more products and have tried to source suppliers with integrity and values similar to ours.  We have a lovely room downstairs where we offer therapies and are pleased to have a number of different therapists working with us.  We are also offering a range of courses and workshops.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
